Q: Can we mail cremated remains from out of town?

A: Yes. Some carriers will not ship cremains due to liability restrictions - the US Postal Service has proven to be the best, fastest, and most reliable method. Please ship via Priority Mail with Certified Return Receipt Requested.

Obtain and complete the "Authorization for the Scattering of Cremated Remains at Sea" form above.

Ship the cremated remains to:

Sausalito, California 94965.

Cremains must remain in the plastic/cardboard box in which you received them. Place the original box inside another box. Insert the completed Authorization for the Scattering of Cremated Remains in the outer shipping container.
